The ROADEN SkyHaul™ 425 adds approximately 425 litres (15 cu ft) of flexible rooftop storage for road trips, camping weekends and family getaways. Its foldable soft-shell design is made from 600D Oxford fabric and uses welded seams, a concealed twin-slider zipper and a protective flap to help shield your gear from the elements.

- Prep the roof.Use a secure rack, basket or platform where possible. If you select the GripMat kit, place the mat beneath the bag.
- Load evenly.Keep heavier items low and centred, fill unused space and close the concealed zipper fully.
- Tension every strap.Attach only to secure mounting points and tighten all straps so loose webbing cannot flap in the wind.
- Re-check on the road.Stop after a short distance to check the load and strap tension, then inspect periodically during the trip.

Is the SkyHaul 425 waterproof?
The supplier specifies 600D Oxford fabric with high-frequency welded seams, a concealed zipper and protective zipper flap for weather protection. For electronics, documents and other moisture-sensitive valuables, we still recommend an additional waterproof inner bag in severe weather.
Do I need roof racks?
Compatibility depends on your vehicle. A roof rack, basket or platform is the preferred mounting setup because it provides secure attachment points. Only use a roof-mounted soft bag without a rack if your vehicle manufacturer permits it and every strap can be safely secured away from airbags, glass and moving parts.
How much weight can I put in it?
The 425L figure is a volume rating, not a safe weight limit. Your vehicle roof rating, rack/platform rating and mounting method determine the maximum load. Never exceed the lowest rated component and remember the bag itself forms part of the roof load.
What are the bag dimensions?
Approximately 109 cm long × 86 cm wide × 43 cm high when filled. Because it is soft-sided, its final shape depends on how it is packed.
What's included?

Can it stay on the car all the time?
It is designed as a portable, foldable cargo solution. Remove it when it is not needed, dry it before storage and inspect straps, seams and zippers before each trip.
Is there a maximum driving speed?
No universal speed rating is supplied for this imported bag. Follow your vehicle and rack manufacturer's instructions, drive conservatively for the conditions and stop to re-check the load and strap tension regularly.
